This course includes delicious mizutaki, made with chicken bones simmered for two days to concentrate the flavor of chicken in the soup! This hearty course allows you to enjoy a total of seven Obi-ya dishes, including our signature grilled thigh, fried chicken wings, and chicken nanban, as well as pickled vegetables marinated in 10-year-old rice bran mash and a Caesar salad with homemade smoked chicken.This is a reservation-only course that includes two hours of all-you-can-drink.
