This course includes delicious mizutaki (chicken hotpot) made with chicken bones simmered for two days to concentrate the flavor of chicken in the soup! This hearty course allows you to enjoy a total of seven Obi-ya dishes, including our signature grilled thighs and fried chicken wings, pickled vegetables marinated in 10-year-old aged rice bran, seared black Satsuma chicken, and a Caesar salad with homemade smoked chicken.This is a reservation-only course that includes two hours of all-you-can-drink.
